Services
RESPITE CARE:
Supervision and support to an individual whose primary
caregiver is not available for a brief period.
COMPANION:
Service provided to an individual on a one-on-one basis
that includes supervision and socialization activities. The
activities are intended to teach the individual specific skills
related to a goal that has been identified by the individual.
RESIDENTAL HABILITATION:
To provide the individual the opportunity to receive training
in areas of personal care, money management, socialization
and basic life skills.
PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE:
A service that offers the individual assistance in their
home, family member’s home, or in a group home environment.
Activities include self-care tasks such as bathing,
dressing, etc.
BEHAVIOR ASSISTANT:
One-on-one activities implemented by a Behavior Assistant
Specialist who uses a behavior analysis service plan to
assist an individual in learning new behaviors.
IN-HOME SUPPORT:
Services provided to an individual living in his/her home
that include companionship, personal care and other activities
necessary to maintain the individual in a supportive
living situation.
